Videography

Background:

At Cabrini, I have been given the opportunity to take multiple courses related to video.
In video production my freshman year, I learned how to work television studio equipment and cameras.

My sophomore year, I stepped in front of the camera and became an anchor for LOQation, Cabrini’s news program. I also made videos for The Loquitur, and learned how to tell narrative stories through photo, video, audio and text, using Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and WordPress.

Come junior year, I stepped back behind the camera and became a camera operator for Comcast Newsmakers in the Cabrini studio. I also became a classroom coach (teachers assistant) for Multimedia Story Creation, where I guided students on how to tell multimedia narrative stories.

Senior year, I continue to work with the Comcast Newsmakers team as a graphics operator, take video at wedding’s alongside my roomate, Hope, and am conducting video interviews for a website on mental health.
