My writing experience began very early on, during my childhood. I remember sitting at my Dell desktop computer in elementary school, using Microsoft Word to write children’s books and create menu’s for made up restaurants that my friends and I would produce for my family. In middle school, English was my favorite subject and writing papers and recaps of current events were the types of assignments that made me feel the most excited and fulfilled.

Moving onward into high school, I immediately pursued my passion for writing through writing for Padua 360, Padua Academy’s online news platform. My first article was written on September 13 about a Foster the People concert.

After high school, I immediately pursued writing at Cabrini University. This began during my freshman year with my first front page story on a flood in Woodcrest Hall at Cabrini. My writing then continued into my sophomore year when I was a photographer, staff writer and assistant news editor for The Loquitur. During my junior year, I held the title of Editor-in-Chief and wrote award winning stories. Now, as a senior, I hope to continue to pursue my writing in a professional career after I graduate.
